Defect Description: The experiment (Exp7.jar file being run) is not responsive. When window height is below specific level, Resize Axes button is not shown (position of this button is fixed).
Steps to reproduce the issue: Go to http://cse20-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp4/Experiment.html?domain=Computer%20Science&lab=Pattern%20Recognition%20Lab Press "Click here to open the Experiment for Linux systems" Run .jar file and reduce window height.
Expected Result: jFrame components should be scaled to window size (or window resizing should be disabled).
Actual Result: jFrame components in fixed positions.
