Linear Perceptron Broken Link #173

Defect Description : Leads to a non-existent page on the pressing of the 'Lecture on the Perceptron Algorithm at CMU' link.

Steps to reproduce the issue: Go to http://cse20-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp3/FurtherReadings.html?domain=Computer%20Science&lab=Pattern%20Recognition%20Lab Press the third bullet point link (Lecture on the Perceptron Algorithm at CMU)

Expected Result: Page of perceptron algorithm at CMU should've opened up.

Actual Result: Page not found result is displayed.
