Description Start button does the spectral analysis of the sample even though no sample is inserted in the spectrometer

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Select any sample.
2. Select IR solution.
3. Click on start button without inserting the solution in spectrometer

Expected result Start button should do nothing if no sample is placed in the spectrometer.

Actual result Pressing start button does spectral analysis even when no sample is placed in spectrometer
