Defect description : After submitting wrong answer multiple times the indicator (cross sign) appears multiple times instead of refreshing after each response.
Steps to reproduce the issue : Goto http://ccnsb06-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp5/NMR.swf  and complete any experiment then click on evaluate to go to http://ccnsb06-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp5/plot_acetaldehyde.html then answer any question incorrectly multiple times.
Expected result : The indicator should refresh.
Actual result : The indicator doesn't refresh but multiple indicators appear.
