Follow the steps below to convert the experiment Experiment (Conformational Analysis of 1,2-dichloroethane) from Java3D to Javascript.

1.Set up the experiment in your local machine with the help of virtual box provided by SRIP team.

  1. Go through the Experiment Simulation and understand the functionality.
  2. Fork the repository from GitHub.
  3. Start the Implementation of the experiment in Javascript.
