Defect description : "No. of question you got right" in Grade me section of quizzes should not be editable but it is. Steps to reproduce the issue : 1.click on permeability experiment 2.Click on quiz. 3.attempt the quiz 4.Click on " garde me" 5.try to edit the "No. of questions you got right" Expected result : it should not be editable. It is a better fix as it also resolved the issue of resizability of textarea. commit ID: cbc236d

@destinyson7 Even though this issue does not states anything about resizing of text area but still it is a issue. So, my fix is fixing that issue also.Hence it is a better fix.
