When I chose "Take the quiz again" , I got redirected to the quiz. And then I reset and submitted again(with 0 questions submitted) but still got 1 correct. Screenshot from 2019-03-17 04-07-13 Screenshot from 2019-03-17 04-09-01

Tried reproducing the same and failed. Browser : Chrome Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Ubuntu 18.04.2

Issue existed in Firefox Issue Fixed Commit Id : c51b559
