Broken link for Pre-requisites in the FAQ section, #141

Defect Description: The link to the pre-requisites( about how to download, install and use the software) needed for all the lab is broken.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Go to the Home page of Speech-Signal processing Lab
Click on FAQ page
Go to the software requirements needed for the lab
Click on the pre-requisites link given

Expected Result: Clicking on it should take you to the pre-requisites page in the FAQ section of Speech-signal processing Lab

Actual result: Clicking on the link results in an error stating "Page not Found".
