Consistence error in Lab deployment application. #15

@chir263 When the new lab is initially deployed from application, the workflow triggers successfully and the application hosts, but the deployment application indicates a network error. However, upon subsequent deployments, the deployment process completes successfully and the application functions as expected.

Request you to look into it. This issue affects the reliability of the initial deployment process and may cause confusion for users. Investigating the root cause of the network error during the initial deployment is recommended to ensure consistent deployment experiences.

@ravikiran2020 Does it occur for some specific lab(s) or randomly, and how often does it occur?

@chir263 only for the first time when lab is deployed. It has happened for last 4 labs which are deployed.
