Contents of Simulation are not loading properly.

Hi @AkshayaAcharya , Sorry for the issue. It has been fixed now. If you access your website over http, it will work fine. Over https, it would never have worked anyway. The issue happened because as part of our plan to move all Virtual Labs to https, we redirected 5 of NITK Phase-2 labs to use https. Please note that all Phase-3 labs are deployed to use https only. Kindly verify that they all work. For the phase-2 labs, we need to update them so they work over https. This means that any of the files you are linking from inside the labs, must be linked through https. Protocol relative URLs (https://www.paulirish.com/2010/the-protocol-relative-url/) used to be an option but they are considered an anti-pattern now. Please make sure to update us as your Phase-2 labs become https enabled and we will redirect them to use https. Apart from security, https also results in much better user experience. Please feel free to let us know if you want to discuss it further.

Simulation in Mechanics of Machine lab works only in http and not in https.

Hi @AkshayaAcharya , As I mentioned in my last message, your application is not https ready. If you want it to work on https, you have to fix the errors. Basically when you have a page opened over https, most browser would block any requests originating from the page to load http resources as it is a security risk. On the other hand, loading an https resource from an http page will work fine. As you are loading jquery and jquery-ui using http links(http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.9.0/jquery.min.js), the browser does not load the library and the simulation does not work. If you want your page to work on https, you have to update all http links to https and ensure that there are no errors in the dev console. I mentioned this in the previous message.

Introduction:

Mechanics of Machines: is defined as the branch of science, which deals with the study of relative motion between the various parts of a machine, and forces which act on them. Mechanics of Machines can be subdivided into two branches they are Statics and Dynamics. This lab covers the basic concept of courses on Grashof four bar mechanism, Slider crank mechanism, Scotch Yoke Mechanism, Elliptical Trammel, Tchebichev Straight Line Mechanism, Peaucellier Straight Line Mechanism.

Objective: Lab deals simulations experiments on the mechanics of machines components. These experiments aims at enhancing the knowledge of students on the different mechanisms, to build mathematical models and develop position, velocity and acceleration relations. After completing every simulation experiment in the mechanics of machines lab the students can able to understand basic concepts on different mechanisms.

Here its fine, Sir, but in simulator window it is at the bottom.
