@pavanchow Dear sir, Thank you for your effort. But database is not connected with website. Content appear in Glossary.php retrieve from database. 1

Captcha code used in Registration.php and feedback.php is not uploading.

@ajaykant00 We have created a DB with the dump(mfvslab.sql) provided by you. If there is something else that needs to be done to connect the database to the website, please share the steps or we could meet to troubleshoot it together. We are following the standard process that is followed to host all the labs. We notice that this lab has registration associated with it which is not the case with the other labs hosted by us. Hence, we request you to provide the steps to be followed since we are not aware of how your application works.
