We are trying to upload simulation on github.com/virtual-labs, but we received an error "You don't have write access". Please provide us write access to upload the simulations.

Please update the Linear Algebra Virtual Lab experiments list

  1. Euclidean space as a vector space.
  2. Subspace of a vector space.
  3. Linear combination and span.
  4. Linear independence, basis, dimension and co-ordinates.
  5. Linear transformations and connection with matrices.
  6. Rank and nullity of linear transformation and matrices.
  7. Eigen values, eigen vectors and diagonalization.
  8. Linear map equation and its solution.
  9. Solution of system of linear equations using linear map equation
  10. Application to ordinary linear differential equations and engineering problems.

@Yashi03902 Please confirm what you mean by updating the experiment list. Do you want this lab to be hosted or just the order of experiments to be changed? As I see some of the experiments look to be different from when we created experiment repos for. Would you also want new repos to be created for new experiments?

Yes, The list of experiment is changed from when it was created so we want new repos to be created for new experiments.

NEW LIST OF EXPERIMENTS

  1. Euclidean space as a vector space.
  2. Subspace of a vector space.
  3. Linear combination and span.
  4. Linear independence, basis, dimension and co-ordinates.
  5. Linear transformations and their connection with matrices.
  6. Rank and nullity of linear transformations and matrices.
  7. Eigen values, eigen vectors and diagonalization.
  8. Linear map equation and its solution.
  9. Solution of system of linear equations using linear map equation
  10. Application to ordinary linear differential equations and engineering problems.

Instructions for changes:-

• Change the order of Experiment 2 to Experiment 1 and change the name of experiment from “Simulation of Euclidean space as a vector space” to “Euclidean space as a vector space”. • Add a new Experiment 2 i.e., “Subspace of a Vector Space” and create repos for it. • Change Experiment 3 from “Studying span and linear independence of vectors” to “Linear combination and span” and create a repos for it. • Change the name of the Experiment 4 from “Finding basis and dimension of Euclidean space as a vector space” to “Linear independence, basis, dimension and co-ordinates”. • Change the name of the Experiment 5 from “Connection between linear transformation and matrices “ to “Linear transformations and their connection with matrices”. • No change required in Experiment 6.

[No new repos is required to be created for Experiment 4,5,6,7]

• Change the name of the Experiment 7 from “Eigen values, eigen vectors and diagonalization of linear transformation and matrices “ to “Eigen values, eigen vectors and diagonalization”. • Add a new Experiment 8 i.e., Linear map equation and its solution and create a repos for it. • Add a new Experiment 9 i.e., Solution of system of linear equations using linear map equation and create a repos for it. • Change the order of Experiment 9 to Experiment 10.

  1. Experiment 2

    • The experiment 2 has error " uncaughtException: /home/runner/work/exp-subspace-of-a-vector-space-dei/exp-subspace-of-a-vector-space-dei/build/exp-subspace-of-a-vector-space-dei/pretest.json: Unexpected token " in pretest.json file.
    • Please consider running your JSON files through a JSON validator like https://jsonlint.com/ for smoother debugging.
    • It's essential to follow the standard practice of using the dev branch for development and merging it into testing. Avoid developing in the main branch and then merging into testing. The main branch should contain tested code.
  2. The experiment 4 link has been updated

  3. The experiment 9 link has been updated

Please change the current order of three experiments as given below; 1) Experiment 7 to Experiment 9, 2) Experiment 8 to Experiment 7 and 3) Experiment 9 to Experiment 8.
