Defect: something missing in theory.

Steps to Reproduce: visit page->go to list of experiments->Electrostatic forces between molecules->Theory.

expected: value of dilectric constant(k), k=8.85x10^-12 F/m

actual: not given.

The correct value of k in coulumb's law is k = 8.99 x 10^9 N m^2 / C^2
