Defect descriptionflash view on vibration control-tuned liquid damper link broken and the flash file(.swf) is downloading instead of opening in a window. this issue is occurring in chrome browser. # actual result1. click on "experiment" link under vibration control experiment in the "list of experiments".2. click on "flash view on vibration control-tuned liquid damper" link.3. the link is enabling to download a ".swf" file. # expected resultthe link should display a flash video in another window of the browser itself and should not get downloaded.

This issue is with the browser and not with the files. Issue can be closed

It is working properly now. The .swf file is no longer being downloaded. The experiment flash file is opening and the experiment is being executed. commid id: 14d5978
