Defect description:At given address, a hyperlink to manual is given and expected a video showing manual for concept of response system experiment.Steps to reproduce the issue :1)After Logging in vlabs. 2) Selecting IIIT-Hyderabad institute available in the Participating institute in the left corner of the webpage. 3) Under Virtual Labs at IIITH section, we select Structural Dynamics Lab.4)Select list of experiments. 5) Select Concept Of Response System. 6) Manual. 7)Hyperlink coloured in green named "Manual".Expected result: A video regarding manual is expected.Actual Result: A page with "This site can't be reached" is displayed.Environment:OS: Windows 10 Browsers: ChromeBandwidth : 100MbpsHardware Configuration:4GBRAMProcessor:i3Screenshot:Structure9

I don't see any such issue here . Manual is being displayed along with 'Read More' option which opens into a pdf.
