Defect Description

The entries in the result after submitting the quiz are editable. They should not be editable

Steps to Reproduce

Go to this link http://sd-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp1/Quizzes.html?domain=Civil%20Engineering&lab=Structural%20Dynamics%20Lab Then answer randomly all the questions and click on Grade me.

Expected Result

The entries should not have been editable.

Fixed this is a better fix as it will fix the issue of resizing of textarea commit id c0afb83
