Inochi2D support #1

I see you're aiming to add Live2D support, would you be able to also look into supporting Inochi2D? Its a FOSS alternative to Live2D that's currently being developed, and the dev told me she has a rough ETA of a working version around summer of this year, 2021. Current progress is avalible on github already, and its all written in D.

I can definitely look into supporting Inochi2D but no promises until they have their first release. It might be a better solution than Live2D since Live2D isn't FOSS and seems to have a pretty restrictive license (i.e. I might not be able to release an integration without a license agreement?)

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Live2D does require a paid license to use the SDK in programs

Going off of their release license page, I think this project would fall under the 'One-time Plan' category, as the program is free with no in-app purchases. I will have to confirm later, as I'm still working through VRM-related things.

Since the program would be able to load user models, it would fall under "Expandable Application", for which, I believe, no free license tier exists. The applications listed here also indicate this.

That's a good point, however I'm not seeing any public pricing information. The more I read into this, the more of a pain this is turning into with all the licenses. Additionally, I am starting to doubt they would grant a license for a FOSS project, but I'll know more once I contact them.

Will add that the Inochi2D spec is seeing good progress, especially on the side of the rigging application. While I did not make it for summer 2021. Currently the aim is to have 1.0 out before April 2022.

I'll happily help out any way I can getting Inochi2D working in godot.
