Display presets as tiles with screenshots instead of as a list #176

The idea is to split the UI into a top half and a bottom half.

The top half would contains tiles with a screenshot of the preset. Double clicking on the tile should load into that preset.

The bottom half would contain preset information like how presets currently work.
