If you're done with the no-scrollcollapse branch, it should give you an option on the PR to delete the branch after merging it.
The setting for automatically removing branches should really be enabled as described here to keep the number of branches under control. It's a very safe option - after merging it gives an option to restore the branch (very uncommon based on the 118 non-master branches that exist) on the page for the PR, in case you decide you want the branch back 3 months later.
