Branch/buzz api update #363

@eric79 @youngca Updated the sound api, and sets up a 'playState' property to replace the 'isPlaying' property.

Any other applications using vwf/model/sound will need to be updated.

:+1: This is awesome. I laughed out loud when I realized that the duck quacks now. :wink: I think I would like it even better if it sounded like a squeaky-toy. :smile:

You can always replace the sound. I had to find something free, but I was one the same page as you.

This update will break the other internal application, so make sure to update that before pulling down this revision.
