I've tested all of the threejs applications, and the command center is only app that isn't working. We're trying to get an updated version of the art for that application.
I also tested with the mars-game and I didn't see any errors.
I've added a solarSystem application which has an example of defining shaders. One if the shaders follows the examples that Brett has created, and the other one uses a stock threejs shader and allows the application developer to set the shader properties .
