The plugin opens files with their raw data kept intact, but this data can be presented in different combinations while keeping the core data the same. Currently the plugin reads the N5 file without applying any filters to the data so it usually appears in an unappealing manner, but these filters can be applied automatically. So the plugin will automatically apply the following filters:

• Add a normalization mask (maybe)
• Adjust the min and max brightness levels
• Adjust the color balance of the image
