Close Remote File JDialog and Add Refresh Datasets Button #20

Make the ImageJ plugin GUI more intuitive by automatically closing the JDialog box that is for opening remote files, and add a refresh datasets list button so that if any new datasets are added to an N5 file, then it can be easily refreshed instead of having to manually reopen the file again.
