The essential capability's of reading N5 files locally are integrated within this plugin. There is still some refactoring and debugging that can be done to the code base, but the core of what is required is there.

There is more that can be done for test cases and functionality of the plugin that are essential to its functionality. For example the Blosc compression error, and the N5IJ library in general not being very stable.
