The test resources for the ImageJ plugin are to large and need to be reduced. As of right now its okay, but if the repo becomes more complicated and large than it'd be best to reduce it.

This problem can be addressed when needed. Also for testing remote exports are now being utilized which involve full round tests, which is more appropriate for this plugin because the libraries are already being tested at the individual unit level.
