For a non-spatial stochastic Application, changing the size of the volume compartment does not generate a message warning the user that old simulations will be discarded. Old sim results (which are now incorrect) are still retrievable from the DB after the new sim is run.
This is true for both Rel (7.5 build 62.2) and Alpha (7.5 build 115).
The math comparison logic ignored the jump processes of nonspatial stochastic simulations - the compartment size in this case showed up in the probabilityRate of a jump process, see PR .
