Allow parameter expressions in RBM for reversible reactions #215

is this the same as another item from old list: allow for simple expressions in reaction kinetics for RBM?

@vcellmike @danv61 can you elaborate on what this means. Do we only allow numbers for kon and koff? Is it related to network generation? Are we talking about expressions in terms of constant-valued quantities or more general?
