Revive SabioRK using their native search tools #224

is SabioRK even worth it? Years ago it was so sparsely populated that it was not very helpful (except maybe for metabolic reactions). @vcellmike @moraru comments?

Hi Jim,

No, SABIo-RK should be an extremely low priority. It's useful, but the data is very detailed so the filtering of search results is difficult, and API (https://sabiork.h-its.org/sabioRestWebServices) is not comprehensive enough to easily use it.

We should concentrate on putting Moiz BioPortal search into VCell - it's almost done.

I'm going through other issues you raised, will hear from me in late afternoon.

@jcschaff @vcellmike I liked very much the quality of their imported models, and very close to our concept of bricks really. It appears that they keep working on it, both curation of new stuff and coding. http://sabio.h-its.org/layouts/content/statistic.gsp
