override resolver does not handle distributed volume fractions #718

Overridden volume fraction parameter for distributed compartment is not recognized and becomes orphan upon math regeneration.

Example published model biomodel_55178308, multiple simulations (including all simulations from first application)

how do you exercise these models targetting VCML? via the command-line.

Should I extend SEDMLExporterTest to repeat the testing while targeting VCML as well - probably.
