Versioning here should match versioning on npm #23

Currently, NPM shows us at version 1.0.4 but this repo lists itself as 1.0.0 in package.json. We should try to achieve close synchronization between this repository and NPM.

To ensure this, we should set up a CI system that publishes to NPM every time that changes hit the master branch.
