Usually we don't want to have author tags in the java doc of java files. Thus they should be removed:

[ ] remove all author tags from our source code.
[ ] Create java project specific templates without javadoc
[ ] add a check stage to the travis build thats earches for author tags and fails.
[ ] Add checkstyle rule to check that no author tag is set (Closes #214)
