Why were there two LICENSE files? Having only one LICENSE file (now the lgpl-3.0 as stated in the README.md), not *.txt files, fixed the issue (on the development branch of a fork).
So merging this into the development branch should enable github to detect the license again.
Common licenses as listed in https://help.github.com/en/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/licensing-a-repository#detecting-a-license should be detected by github and an overview like the following should apper:
Somehow the current license(lgpl-3.0), that should be detected, isn't.
