Module ignores WHMCS do not suspend flag #4

Getting a report from our tech's that a client had a small bill that they flagged to not suspend ignored that and kept suspending. The module was doing it not whmcs from the logs.

Actually we check for that field, but WHMCS changed its value from 'on' to '1'. Thank you for reporting, will be fixed in the next release.
