Error When Recording Cough #124

I got this error when recording a cough while using the app on my local machine at http://localhost:3000/submit-steps/step-record/cough. image

Clicking the record button gave this error. image

This could be that I need a file in my local environment. See screenshot for src/SubmitSteps/RecordingsStep/Introduction/Record/Record.tsx image I looks like
