Remove sticky out branches #9

There are long sticky out branches appearing when sequences are forced-added to the tree. These could correspond to lower quality sequences (noticeably those that lie between phylopipe2 and phylopipe1 QC cut-offs look like this) and should not be added to the tree, even though they are new that day.

Pruning out these tips has not entirely fixed it. Maybe need harsher ambiguity threshold
