Update Lineage assignment values for analyses with latest schema version only #4

To test the Lineage Assignment POC, we want the system to update lineage assignment value for the analyses with latest schema version only.

Meanwhile we will design a script to migrate all old analyses to latest schema.

added a functionality in the script to validate the analysis schema version and process it only if version number matches with the version defined in configuration property. Version number is configurable via env variable.

Pedigree script ran in Dev environment.
