Swap the order of files in Release bundle tar #319

current file order:

  1. fasta file
  2. tsv

The Researchers sometimes need TSV only and it will save them time if they can read the TSV file first in the pipeline.

renaming the .tsv and .fasta files with the prefix 1- and 2- respectively examples:

1-files-archive-9ad68da4-b54b-4316-a625-15c622aa62ea.tsv 2-files-archive-9ad68da4-b54b-4316-a625-15c622aa62ea.fasta
