Update Funding Section of "About the Team" Page #434

Development of the Data Portal is now being funded by CoVaRR-Net. Therefore, the funding section of the "About the Team" page should be updated to reflect this.

Suggested Text (Insert new 3rd paragraph) The Canadian VirusSeq Data Portal team gratefully acknowledges funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) - Coronavirus Variants Rapid Response Network (CoVaRR-Net), which has enabled ongoing development. CoVaRR-Net_Logo-300

[ ] Add text as suggested above at https://virusseq-dataportal.ca/team (before the section 'Technology partners'
[ ] Add CoVaRRNet logo to front page (in the footer, on the right of the Cancogen logo)

Seems like I've missed the links in that new paragraph in this deployment, but I've queued those up to be updated on the next release. Otherwise, all aforementioned changes have been made, so I'm closing this ticket for now
