Hi @KirstenPalmier ,
Where did those values come from?
For some added context, for purpose_of_sequencing
the database allows for multiple values and joins them when outputting to CSV and on UI.
For example on the UI:
and downloaded file: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vvvbmW4E21pZGDF9fIfwFR_7WJLtuioMmb1KvKxbl4k/edit?gid=0#gid=0 study_id | specimen collector sample ID | purpose of sequencing |
---|---|---|
RRPL-SK | SK_339225 | Screening for Variants of Concern (VoC), International travel surveillance |
RRPL-SK | SK_339228 | Screening for Variants of Concern (VoC), International travel surveillance |
NSHA-NS | NS_202590 | Domestic travel surveillance, Vaccine escape surveillance |
EH-NL | NL_157415 | Travel-associated surveillance, Domestic travel surveillance, International travel surveillance |
PHO-ON | ON_85211 | Targeted surveillance (non-random sampling), Surveillance of international border crossing by air travel or ground transport |
RRPL-SK | SK_339227 | Screening for Variants of Concern (VoC), International travel surveillance |
Both of which have the space after the delimiter.
Cheers, Edmund
