We want to add the following columns in release bundle to test the Lineage Analysis POC.

"lineage_name"
"lineage_analysis_software_name"

added 6 new columns on tsv files: lineage_name lineage_analysis_software_name (pangolin constant) lineage_analysis_software_version lineage_analysis_software_data_version scorpio_call scorpio_version
