Flashlight handle can get stuck "off screen" #44

If the flashlight handle is placed near the bottom of the image, it can get "stuck" behind the layer-selector div (any click events are capture by the layer-selector div). It is possible to place the handle so far off of the main image that it becomes impossible to move the handle into a clickable position.

Not entirely sure what to do to fix this.
