Changing the image to our own screenshot. The original one was submitted with the article so it probably is copyrighted.

Do we want to wait on this and update it once the UI has settled? Seems like we're only a week or so out from having a finalized version. Either way, I'll approve and we can merge and update the image again later once it's settled

Also the link is directly from the VDL website, so we shouldn't need to update readme images anymore in the future.
