updates:

[x] Allows overlap list toggle through triangle regardless surgery selection
[x] Allows overlap to be selected when the main item is not selected (it will add the main item with the overlap item to the selected).
[x] Fix search
[x] fix hover to show full text (but kinda hard to see with text overlap)
[x] 'Only xxx' is always on top

Should fixed it with the new commit.

Also btw the new update only allows selection through clicking text (because we need separate interaction between the triangle expanding list and procedure selection).
