Add UI + logic for mapping column names in CSV to expected values in Aardvark.

Marking as a milestone 1 feature, but should not delay deployment and could come in a later release if needed.

Assigning to me and Brian. I can take the frontend piece, if needed Brian will help with the integration with the backend logic.
