Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed
This adds a range slider instead of two input fields for the min and max degree filtering. Also, this PR fixes the aggregates not resizing and showing even when there are 0 subsets in the aggregate due to filtering. Finally, this PR adds a a message when no rows are being rendered.
