Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed
This PR focuses on UI updates, particularly involving set management. The UI buttons have been moved to the toolbar or context menus. Visible set slant removed and replaced with straight vertical cardinality bars/labels. The cardinality bar scale was simplified with the option to show the advanced scale.
