Add "Hide No-Set Intersection" filter option #252

Closes #248

Give a longer description of what this PR addresses and why it's needed

Adds a filter option for hiding the empty set intersection. This also removes the aggregate row for Degree 0 when aggregating by degree.

Provide pictures/videos of the behavior before and after these changes (optional)
