Entries/Cells should not be "clickable" objects
Add aria-live updates on table change (sort, filter, etc...)
Set names in the set tables should not include "Set_" eg: Set_Comedy to Comedy
Table headers could do with aria-labels
"Sort by ASC" should be "Sort by Ascending"

I don't believe it is possible to change the sort text from "Sort by ASC" since there is no API function or property for this in MUI's DataGrid. It could be worth implementing a custom datatable without using DataGrid that way we have more flexibility in this regard.
