Hey @JakeWags, I think a few clarifications are needed:

• What interactions need to be added?
• By default visualization, do you mean that there should be a default chart shown before the user clicks Add Plot or that charts added by the user should visualize all intersections before one is selected?
• Currently, the elements in the selected intersection are colored in the charts while favorited but unselected intersections are displayed greyed-out in the background. How is the desired behavior in bullet point 3 different from that?

1. The interactions to add aren't specified, but things like selections, and general highlighting. I don't think we need anything like filtering or data-affecting interactions

2. The default visualization here is that when you click "add a plot" by default it should be the greyed out distribution. This means when no intersection is selected. Currently, with no selection is does this: *note, after adding the plot, the preview shows all data

3. I think that this is fine, but doesn't really intuit well. I would think that there would be all intersections greyed out, and the bookmarks are colored (as their color), and the selection is colored as is now.
