When the history sidebar fills the height of the screen and becomes scrollable, the lowermost (most recent) item in the provenance graph goes off the screen and is hidden under the footer (gets ootered?). The provenance graph element shouldn't overlap with the footer and it should be possible to scroll all elements into view.
